This franchise location sucks!We went to order 2 foot long meal deals and their drink machine was broken. The person behind the counter tried to FORCE us to buy bottles drinks as an upcharge!We walked out. If your machine is broken, you need to compensate for YOUR DEFICIENCY machine. It's not my fault, your machine is broken.

I went to subway for lunch and I wanted a flatbread sandwich, but the guy who waited on me said the flatbread was frozen. I ordered spinach wrap w ham, tomatoes, and banana peppers. I wanted lettuce but it didn't look fresh at all. My wrap had very little flavor. The server needed to speak up. I had a hard time understanding him. The restaurant was clean and my ice t was good.
The service here is awful. So slow and don't expect them to be friendly or helpful. Don't attempt the drive thru unless you have at least 10 mins to spare. For a sandwich.

Out of the few subways in Alec, this one is the best. We order online and never have a problem. The food is always fresh. The people here are usually pretty friendly too.
