This is the worst SUBWAY in the Area; they attitude is horrible and the manager refuses to honor company approval coupon that mailed out. If you can help it; don't eat at this location or the location on Jackson Street. The leadership is substandard and lack customer service.

I went to subway for lunch and I wanted a flatbread sandwich, but the guy who waited on me said the flatbread was frozen. I ordered spinach wrap w ham, tomatoes, and banana peppers. I wanted lettuce but it didn't look fresh at all. My wrap had very little flavor. The server needed to speak up. I had a hard time understanding him. The restaurant was clean and my ice t was good.

The service here is awful. So slow and don't expect them to be friendly or helpful. Don't attempt the drive thru unless you have at least 10 mins to spare. For a sandwich.

Out of the few subways in Alec, this one is the best. We order online and never have a problem. The food is always fresh. The people here are usually pretty friendly too.

I sent my 10yo to get up a sandwich while I checked out. No one ever came to help her. No one was behind the counter. There were people eating. No service. We left.
