when i had ordered my food from this taco bell and got home, there was nacho cheese sauce all over my food. and not only that, but the cheese was cold and had a mucus consistency when i picked it up from my food. i went back to this taco bell to tell them what had happened, and the lady i talked to had an attitude with me because i didnt know i had to bring the entire bag with me to prove to her this happened. (the receipt i gave her was covered in nacho cheese anyway). when i got a new nacho cheese, it was 1/3 full. i constantly get messed up food from this taco bell but this time really pushed me to write a bad review. i just wanted my cheese sauce man. half the time i eat from here and get anything potato the potatoes are hard. i have gotten nacho fries with no seasoning on them multiple times. it shouldnt be this bad.

Sticky floors, rude staff, total attitude with no customer service ability. Was looking at menu had ordered on app and was told to put on kiosk because it is the only way they work! What the what! Bathrooms dirty and just an unpleasant place. Left with the food o paid for in the app? Before i even got the food. Never again!

I called last night 9/29 because I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location seeking help on the app to figure out how to cancel it and as soon as a lady answered the phone I explained the situation and the handed the phone off and I herd her say “I’m not dealing with these white people” the other lady then said “Taco Bell” and I proceeded to explain the situation where she said “I can’t help you i don’t know how to use the app” I asked her if she could cancel it on her end or point me in the direction of someone who can “ she then told me “she done told me she ain’t got no magic buttons on her end I need to figure it out for myself” so I just said have a nice night and hung up the phone.So I never got a refund or any help

Was greeted when we walked in. The food was over cooked and the soft shells were hard. My aunt asked to have her quesadilla to be recut the girl acted like it was a problem for her to do it. And it still wasn't cut all the way like it should have been.
