This location has horrible service. I would rather drive all the way to Pineville to have good service. I decided to come give it another try since it’s been a while. Absolutely no change in anything. I’ll burn the extra fuel to travel else where.

The lady that took our order was a little on the grumpy side, and she was walking around complaining about people leaving stuff on the tables. But , the food was good ! The people in the back were great. Happy smiles. Very happy service there. And did I say good food ? There is still a few good taco bells left !Parking: The parking lot was plenty big . We don't do fast food a ton but one late night recently we decided to grab a quick bite and taco bell was the only thing open.When we pulled up to order we were told they were only accepting Doordash and app orders. A bit frustrating and annoying but we pulled into a spot and downloaded the app to place an order. We noticed car after car pull up to order and then drive off without stopping at the window to grab food. I can only guess they weren't willing to download an app to place an order for food.I'm just not sure why ordering through the app was necessary when the drive thru seemed to be in working order. The kicker is not only did they ask us to order through the app but when we finally got our order home most of it was completely wrong! We won't be going back to this location.

Do not work here or eat here they smoke drugs in the bathroom on night shift employees steal they have a bunch of under age minors there that talks to u any kind of way they throw ur food in bag go in restaurant they have food all on the floor employees eating off the line then touching ur food managers office looks a mess bunch of dope heads and gangsters run far far away.

I went to taco Bell on MacArthur Dr. Today was not busy I ordered the deluxe craving box the only thing in my bag was a cold burrito some cold cinnamon twist and some cold cheese that was it when I call back to let them know they say well come back and we will fix your order no I can't come back of some personal issues I told them I would be back Friday the 29th the lady tells me to hold on she gets back on the phone and says my other manager said u can't wait that long that's not going to work so he gets on the phone won't tell me his name or hers I tell him the reason why I can't come back til Friday he says that's fine asked me my name I told him he said I will put your name in the book I said ok I said again what is your name so I know what manger u are so they know who I talked to he still refused to tell me his name this happened Abt 2:30pm

When I say NO cheese in my tacos it literally means NO cheese. It does not mean give me tacos with no lettuce intead and melted chesse!!! I dont know how eles to say "no cheese". I'm allergic to cheese! Not about to drive back 10 min and wait another 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Definitely feels like they stole my $10 and 15 min of my life for a complete disappointment and left hungry. I rather starve than go back there ever again
