So my first time at Trio's was not what I expected. Our server was not the best and when we had a complaint on needing new sweet potato fries because they were burnt she then acted like she couldn't be bothered and didn't want to help the situation. Her service for the rest of the night was horrible. I will not be going back! The manager was also rude and I spent money on food I never received.

My family and I are from California but we recently moved to Louisiana. A friend suggested this place so we gave it a try. The atmosphere is a great vibe and the food was top notch. We had the tuna nachos, the filet, and the Mediterranean pasta. I highly recommend all of them. Ryan was our server and made us feel like we were at home. The owners came by and made sure our experience was 10/10. It definitely was and we will be back for date night soon!

I was visiting from out of town and a friend recommended Trios—so glad they did! The atmosphere was wonderful, and our sweet waiter, Ryan, suggested the perfect wine. It was exactly what I needed. Great service, great vibe—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Wonderful time at Trio’s!! My waitress, Gabbie, was so helpful and enthusiastic when serving us. Lovely waitress and even better time eating here. Buffalo chicken wrap is amazing!! Will be returning.

Honestly not even sure if they are the same owners.?
The service leaves a lot to be desired, the portions of the pasta are small and were pretty bland.
The filet was dry (think more sirloin) and the ribeye was like a breakfast steak (Waffle House) cooked medium (could have been mistaken for chicken).
Our waitress hardly refilled our drinks, never cleared a single glass, bottle or plate from our table and asked if we wanted our ticket while my mouth was half full while I was halfway thru my very dry filet.
We like to try different places when we visit different cities and I don’t usually write a review but I feel like this was warranted.

I wanted to voice my opinion on subpar service experienced from a recent visit to Trio’s Bar & Grill, Alexandria, La. location.
Before visiting this establishment my family and I did our homework on asking the locals about this quaint eatery.
On their website they highlighted their fine dining. Quoted..”Experienced with top of the line steaks”. Our party of 12-14 had a variety of appetizers, seafood, pasta, steak, and more.
#1- Appetizers weee cold, & bland. #2- Didn’t receive all food items ordered with entrees. #3- Steak requested was a medium 8 oz C.A.B. FILET (1st came out crusted at top of filet; 2nd time half raw). Mgr. stated that we had to pay for the steak even though it wasn’t to our liking. WOW. Totally amazing.SMH
I want to point this out that our server Gabby gave 💯 percent customer service - Major Kudos to her and Thank you.
To say the opposite about the manager Sidney she needs more training on how to use etiquette in her customer service skills.
I have over 28 yrs experience in customer service and her rating is an F+.
Send your management staff to a Leadership training seminar. It will make a difference.
This is one of our favorite places to come! ❤️The staff is so friendly, the drinks are so fresh, and the food is delicious. They have never let us down and we continue to come eat/drink at least once or twice a week. The bartenders are amazing, and the hostesses are so sweet. The restaurant is clean. Once you visit here, you won’t regret it! They are one of the staples of Cenla Louisiana!
