Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I tend to go to tropical smoothie quite often and passion is an amazing employee she has such a bubbly and welcoming personality and she makes me feel special everytime I make my visit! The other employees an awesome as well I have not come across an employee who was rude or unprofessional definitely a good place to get a quick pick me up!

My friends and I went to the Alexandria Tropical Smoothie. My friend ordered a smoothie. The jetty punch. We sat there for at least 15 minutes before she had to go up and ask if it was almost done. Then, they finally started to make the smoothie. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Never had worse customer service. This was ridiculous. We were sitting in front of them and watched a server yawn!

Order here around 10 times and so far everything is consistent and might i say the sunrise sunset is delicious

I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe of Alexandria. This is our place to go to eat healthy meals when we are so busy at the dealership across from us and are on short on time. The entire staff is so amazing and always take really good care of all the staff members at BMW of Alexandria. The whole crew is so friendly and fast preparing the orders. Special shout out to Ana for coordinating todays event at BMW OF ALEXANDRIA. We want to thank you so much for providing us with a healthy smoothie to the whole crew.

we waited 40 minutes for an açaí bowl and a flat bread and they still managed to get our order wrong . It wasn’t busy either so I’m very disappointed.

Whoever did my order on 07/24/25 at 9:30a.m, needs to go home and not come back... The smoothie doesn't taste right and the salad had old and brown cilantro. I also ordered an extra ranch and I got less than what originally comes with the salad. My door dasher showed up and they only gave him a smoothie, luckily he read the receipt and saw that I also had a salad. By far the worst service I have ever gotten here.

Everytime I go there it's the same few people that make my drink and it's always amazing and they are always friendly. I come in all the time just because of how amazing they are I ordered the jetty punch and its always on point. The staff are friendly and they work fast, the place is very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend 10000/10

Customer Service is horrible , the way the employees talk to customers is ridiculous , they take forever and the order still b wrong ! 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Every single time I order for delivery, they always forget to add something. The last 3 times I’ve ordered, I have not gotten chips and they do come with my order.

Amazing turkey bacon ranch ciabatta sandwiches. Fast service too

Horrible customer service. Will leave you sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes without even acknowledging you.
