we waited 40 minutes for an açaí bowl and a flat bread and they still managed to get our order wrong . It wasn’t busy either so I’m very disappointed.

Whoever did my order on 07/24/25 at 9:30a.m, needs to go home and not come back... The smoothie doesn't taste right and the salad had old and brown cilantro. I also ordered an extra ranch and I got less than what originally comes with the salad. My door dasher showed up and they only gave him a smoothie, luckily he read the receipt and saw that I also had a salad. By far the worst service I have ever gotten here.

Everytime I go there it's the same few people that make my drink and it's always amazing and they are always friendly. I come in all the time just because of how amazing they are I ordered the jetty punch and its always on point. The staff are friendly and they work fast, the place is very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend 10000/10

Customer Service is horrible , the way the employees talk to customers is ridiculous , they take forever and the order still b wrong ! 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Every single time I order for delivery, they always forget to add something. The last 3 times I’ve ordered, I have not gotten chips and they do come with my order.

Amazing turkey bacon ranch ciabatta sandwiches. Fast service too

Horrible customer service. Will leave you sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes without even acknowledging you.

3 ladies working this morning, no customers when I walk in, 2 ladies never greeted me as I walked right beside them...they then walk past me a 2nd time, never speaking a word. Just gossiping to one another. Finally the white lady noticed it..and speaks up, very kind, takes my order..meanwhile the other 2 was more worried about talking to one another than making my order...so out of 3 employees...you have 1 doing there job
