I waited 10 minutes for someone in front of me to give a order. Then I waited another 10 minutes to get my order. I was tired of waiting so I left I am not going back to Whataburger.

Made an mobile app order and they didn't put any condiments in the bag.....I called and the woman who answered was a complete......you know what....I will never order from here again the sandwich was good, fries were cold....which I could've ate if they had provided the Whataburger sauce with them...worse Whataburger I have ever been to

This was my first time trying Whataburger. So got breakfast and lunch. The honey chicken biscuit was great as was the hash browns. There patty melt was out of this world. I would take this over the others any time. I was quite surprised the see the black berry Dr Pepper shake. Yes I did get a small one should have made it an xxxlg. It was far and above my expectations.

Overpriced, The food always makes you wish you had gone somewhere else. I got coffee once and they charged me for creamer packets . *Unbelievable
That was the BEST fast food restaurant experience ever. We walked and were greeted by a friendly guy who took our order and smiled and engaged us in conversation. Our food was delivered hot and by a second employee who was helpful and friendly. I could hear the back kitchen taking drive through orders and they were friendly, polite and efficient. We were checked on after our order arrived to make sure we were satisfied and as we were leaving. The manager and staff need to be congratulated on a five star experience. Well done Whataburger!!!

We stopped by Whataburger tonight and ordered one vanilla shake and one strawberry shake. Unfortunately, the vanilla shake had some of the strawberry mixed in, which completely ruined the flavor. Instead of the clean, classic vanilla taste, it had an odd, artificial blend that didn’t sit right. On top of that, both shakes had a weird plastic-like aftertaste. We usually enjoy Whataburger, but tonight's experience was a letdown. Definitely not what we expected for a treat.
