Couldn’t hear the girl running drive thru, both through speakers and in person. Had me wait for a simple sandwich at a stop sign for 30 min. I finally went in and had to ask for my sandwich. Still took them 10 more minutes. All this on a not busy Monday night.

Restrooms were clean. Service was poor; we waited 5 minutes for someone to even notice we were standing at the counter & another few minutes for them to get someone who could work the register. The worker who took the order was very short with us. We were handed only one cup, though we ordered 2 drinks. The fries were hot, but my burger was almost cold when I got it.We've never had service here like this before. I'm hoping it was just a one-off thing for them. Usually their team is very good & the food is hot!

The food is great, but the service has gone downhill over the last 6 months. Wait times for breakfast are 10-25 minutes. People going to work can't afford that type of wait when choosing a fast food option. I still tried to go every once in a while because I like their breakfast. The staff seemed nice enough and always apologized for the wait. My last trip there was insane. I sat at the order board 3 minutes before anyone came on the speaker, and when they did... I heard someone say "you better get that old lady's order" so I simply left. It's sad that our community was so excited to have a Whataburger option, and it's becoming another negative place in Leesvi?

The best hamburger there is. I eat a double whataburger with cheese loaded each time I get back home and it never disappoints. Outstanding!

Typical What-A-Burger except the staff was extremely pleasant. The location is convenient off Coliseum Blvd. with lots of parking and easy access. Their burgers and fries are great. I much prefer them to some of the national burger chains.

My first time at this whataburger and the food was great. Taretta took my order and was so nice! Enjoyed visiting with her! Everyone was very kind. Restaurant was clean, and the bacon cheeseburger--IYKYK. Coming back to Alexandria on Friday and we will eat here again.
