On 6/5/2025 Okay I'm came here for something light so I ordered a kids meal when I went through the drive-thru I was not giving a straw at the window with my drink I ordered a large cup of ice as wellI was told to pull up and wait they were not busy at all when they brought out the bag of food the cookie was broke the fries were soggy and the burger had holes in it as if somebody picked through it and the bread was soggy wet on the inside so I went back to get my money back and neither of the guys who was in charge wanted to give me my money back they said they will remake it because that is how the grill does the hamburger meat I said no thanks I want a refund they both walked away for about 15 min came and showed me that he voided it but I still yet till this day I did not receive my refund yet and it's been 4 days now but while waiting for them to refund me I heard a male voice in the drive-thru order a large cup of ice and the girl fixed a big cup but when I order a large cup of ice I was given a medium size cup

I LOVE Whataburger! When they built the first one close to us in Louisiana, my wife and I drove 70 miles just to eat lunch there. The burgers are great and it's the MUSTARD that's the kicker. My only complaint is those whiney little string French fries. But, ya can't have it all.

I waited 20 minutes for my order inside as other people came from outside and got free food and they almost gave my order away to another drive-thru totally forgot about us sitting out front in the lobby told your suspectful I will never eat there again I was going there every night for my girlfriend when she got off work not no more
