I LOVE Wingstop but this location will NEVER get a dime out of me ever again! Tonight was the second time that this location provided HORRIBLE service. My first encounter they took my payment and then said my order wasn't processed when it in fact came out of my account. The second encounter, I placed an order at 9:17pm for my friends and I to enjoy NYE and it was accepted. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:41pm. I headed to the location at 9:35pm since it was 7 minutes away from my location. I get to Wingstop at 9:43pm to be told that my order had been cancelled. When I asked why it was JUST cancelled, the response was "we close at 10 so we're not cooking. You'll get a refund in the morning." I asked why accept it if that was the case, I was told that they have no control over accepting orders. I work in the service industry and anytime we receive an order, we can accept it, deny it, or let them know if there's an issue with the order. None of that was done. Yall seriously have to do better playing with people money.

I recently visited this Wingstop location and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. While I’ve had great meals here in the past, this time left a lot to be desired. First off, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which is a bit of a letdown, especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying a meal. The wings themselves were somewhat dry and didn’t have enough sauce—definitely not up to the usual standards I’ve come to expect.
To top it off, we were missing two orders of fries when we left. I’m usually very patient, but after noticing the oversight, it was a bit frustrating to have to double back for something that should’ve been included with our order. It seems like a bit more attention to detail and better customer service could go a long way here. Hopefully, they can improve these aspects in the future, as I do love their wings when everything is right.

They are rude, take FOREVER. And just don’t care about what they do CLEARLY! Ordered food waited until the time it said it was ready got there and they said they was bagging it up and I sat there for 40 minutes FOURTY MINUTES for them to bag it…. And then when they bagged it they never gave it to me I had to wait for another employee to ask if I ordered and then they gave it to me! I love Wingstop but this one in Alexandria Louisiana is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE they need an entire new crew and management who actually care about their customers!

if i could give it zero stars i would. service was terrible and the food smelled like feet. female workers couldn’t bother to try and pretend to say my name right then had attitude when her coworker tried correcting her. In the short time i was there, they had issues with practically everyone else who came after us. Place needs some sort of training.
I asked that they not fry my wings to long because they be too hard to eat and the young man said no problem, they were still fried to hard i picked over them to try and eat them but i wouldn't, the fries was not hot at all and over seasoned could not eat, and my drink was carbonated water I've tried time and time again to give this wingstop a try but there's never a good result, I will not be returning....#wastedmoney

Well, I thought that I would like this place. I’ve been meaning to go for a while. I went in the afternoon in the middle of the week. They were not that busy. I stood at the front desk, no else waiting, for over five minutes before anyone spoke to me. They said “just a minute”. I waited a good while longer. Maybe 7 or 10 minutes and finally left. There were multiple people doing different things right there. They glanced at me several times. But no one ever came to take my order. Wasted about 15 minutes of my lunchtime here. I definitely won’t be coming back.

One of the workers was digging in her ears, then went and touched the food. The cashier was high as a kite. Two workers were cursing each other out in the back in front of customers. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. Very unorganized. This establishment is terrible, and I won't be back.
