I've been to this store many times. The food is always pretty good, I never have a problem with it.

I would just like to start by saying this I worked in food service for many years and I was a manager for awhile as well. So I understand having a bad day or just being upset with the job and/or customers. I try to be very forgiving and understanding! But a few times I've been in the store the workers have just been unbelievably rude to myself and other guests! It's unacceptable to see customers waiting and stand there on your phone not looking at them for over 30 minutes! Not ask them what they're waiting on or their name on an order! The workers here clearly don't care about anything.

Now the atmosphere in this restaurant is horrible as well very unwelcoming. It's just not a good experience and I will most likely not be back soon if ever.

Went in for an ice water at 10:50 and was greeted with the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was informed that they aren’t taking any orders and that they close in 10 minutes, however it says they close at 1 am online. Do better. My family and I will not return. Worst customer service ever.

I am a door dash driver and I was here to pick up my customers order at 7:05 it is now 7:37 my order still hasn’t came to me. the lady behind the counter asks what my order is and proceeded to ask the employee on the line what was going on with my order. The girl in charge of bagging switch my bag/ order she said and the girls on the line proceeded to laugh.knowing if it was their order they wouldn’t think it was so funny. I was on time to pick up my dash. I had 10 other dashers behind me. They all got their orders before me .

Came in with gift card and one employee checked to see amount and it showed. When we ordered the other employee said it was empty. We were going to buy food even after this and they don't take cash money.

OMG.....THIS Wingstop was the best I've ever had and Joseph and Mahogany customer Service WAS PHENOMENAL, My Husband and I was having a bad day but Making this stop to wing stop Truly changed Our Day....Fat and Full headed back to Minden, La. We will be back. I would have took a photo but I couldn't stop eating them. #TrueStory

The cashier was very rude and impatient. Ordered wrong and stared at us until we left. Won't be back. Mind you she told the other cashier that she wanted to check us out so she went out of her way to be ignorant.

Was going to get something to eat 9/15 @ 5:45pm and saw for myself. No wonder they have bad reviews and slow. Five employees outside sitting by the back door hanging out.

The wings were good and fresh, the fries too. The place was clean including the men's room. The workers were friendly enough and I loved that when they had down time they were all busy cleaning and finding things to do. You can tell they have good management here!

got a doordash order. bag wasn’t even closed all the way no straw for the drink I ordered a large ranch it did not come I reordered and waited an hour (still waiting btw) for a ranch. called and they said they threw it away do better I just wanted some damn ranch
