Staff was super friendly and food was delicious! My first time here and the staff made it feel like we were all old friends. The chef did a great job putting the menu together, offering items entirely different than any chain restaurant offers. If you want a culinary experience in a comfy location you found it.

Excellent food, priced right! The muffuletta was delicious. Perfect amount of olive salad on a French Bread loaf pressed with meats and cheeses that melted in my mouth!..Finished lunch with Almond Bread Pudding that was so good I will definitely so back soon to try the Mardi Gras version!

I would call this hyper local. Family run. Made from scratch. Tried the tuna burger, spicy shrimp pasta, and of course the bread pudding. Everything was EXCELLENT. Very unique local and decor. Will gladly return on my next trip through town.

My must stop place while home from Mobile. Today special pulled pork plate, garlic mash potatoes, green beans, and corn. Also comes with the most amazing spinach salad and I got the king cake bread pudding. My daughter added the potato soup. We added a coke and sweet tea in bottles. We both ate for $39.31 and it was so worth it to get a home cooked meal for lunch. The bread pudding is phenomenal and I dream about while away working. I always highly recommend Word of Mouth.

Very good! The service is good and food is great. When I first came to work nearby we were going once or twice a week and got burned out on it. Now not as much time to take for lunch. Favorite thing is shrimp tacos extra spicy and the bread pudding!

Thank you! It was excellent. If it’s hard to find take a second and it’s there. Totally worth your time.

At Word of Mouth Cafe, my culinary journey was a delightful exploration of flavors. The seared Ahi Tuna salad was a standout, impressing with its freshness and expert preparation. The combination of tender tuna and crisp, vibrant salad elements created a harmonious and satisfying dish.To conclude the culinary adventure on a sweet note, I indulged in the Blackberry bread pudding—an absolute revelation. The dessert, aptly described as divine, showcased a perfect balance of rich, warm bread pudding and the burst of sweetness from plump blackberries. Each bite was a symphony of textures and flavors, leaving a lasting impression of culinary excellence.Word of Mouth Cafe, with its culinary prowess, certainly knows how to leave a lasting impression on its patrons. The seared Ahi Tuna salad and the Blackberry bread pudding were not just dishes; they were culinary experiences that elevated my visit to a memorable and delicious adventure.
