Went there on my way to an appointment. Just wanted a large tea. I know they were busy. But, a car pulls up after me to the left, Orders before me (that happens - but ordered food) I order right behind her. Then a car pulls up the right of me. Someone walks out with a Large drink and gives it to the car on the right. I am sitting waiting and coughing and waiting. The car on the left gets their food and leaves. I push the button again and I say "Hi still waiting on my tea"...read full review
