New Year’s Eve at 10 am, I stopped in for coffee and an apple fritter, there were 3, ladies behind the counter, two were busy the other was chit chatting with a lady and a man. I waited and the in busy one looked at me did not utter a word and went into the kitchen. There were approximately 6 people in total. I am a tall woman so she couldn’t not see me. I will not be returning there!

If i could leave lower than 1 star i would i stopped on way home got myself a big g burger and fries and wife chicken sandwich and onion rings got home to 6 soggy fries and a burger barely browned amd completely raw chicken was pink on inside with 3 onion rings this place sucks never will be back

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and got handed fridge-cold biscuits and gravy?? Also tasted strange like it had gone bad, and the employee was very unprofessional. Very confused by the service we just received.
I've been here for breakfast and lunch at this point. Today was a big juicy cheeseburger and onion rings. Ariana Blakely was my server. I was told she is relatively new to Geralds but she definitely handles herself like an old pro. And that's saying something because I'm a terrible critic of wait staff. I will definitely return
