You really have to want Rally’s to come here. The food is decent-everything tastes as it should, just not a fan of cold fries! Service at the walk up window was SLOW MOTION…3 or 4 cars were served at the drive up during the time we waited for our order. Plus, our order was missing apple pies, napkins, and we got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger! Basically, you really have to not care about your job to do it this poorly….

Twenty minutes for a chicken sandwich?? Really? First in line, last served. Had to wait in the parking lot. It's a frozen chicken patty. Takes six minutes in a deep fryer

Tired of the usual drive-thru options, we tried Rally's burgers for the first time today – Big Bufords – and we were pleasantly surprised. Based on today's experience, I believe this is one of the better fast-food options out there. Not being a fan of seasoned fries, I would rank Rally's as #2 after you know who. Their fries are very good.
Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru was very friendly.

Took forever to get my order, burgers were cold, tried to call and cancel but no answer. Didn't receive my 4th drink. Wings were good and hot!
The food tastes as good as it always does. My problem is with the service and the inaccuracy of my app order. Too much to list, but many of my things were wrong. I feel like I got what they gave me rather than what I ordered. Extremely disappointed over this $60 order. Atmosphere was rather violent one worker yelled admonishingly at another for just trying to explain that I’d need to pull to the other drive through. As I said the order has too many mistakes to list. I’m ashamed of myself for paying that much and things not being right.

I ordered a double swiss cheese burger no bacon. As I was enjoying my burger I noticed it was raw meat. The cook needs to check for done ness before placing on burger.
