Driving from central TX to MS and we were out of sync with our normal stops so figured we'd give it a try. Opted for the fish and a fish and shrimp platter. I'm so glad we stopped. That fish was fantastic! I expected small portions for the price but these were good size strips. Even the shrimp were larger than expected and tasted like hand battered. Jimmy has had a passion for the food service, I remember him working at Taco Bell in Minden, then he owned Cotton’s Chicken, then went on to do an event center and catering! He brings excellence to his service and food!
Stopped here on our way home from a road trip. Best chicken I've had in a long time. Had a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. It was cooked FRESH and was piping hot! No complaints here. Rivals Southern Classic chicken, and that's hard to do. Plus the price was not too expensive. Will definitely be back, eventhough we live almost 2 hours away. That should tell you how good it was....
