The staff was SO nice here! We were visiting from out of town, and the lady who took my order was superb! She alerted me on a deal that I had no clue about. The lady at the window telling me about my food was nice, and the lady that delivered the food to my car was super nice!!! The food was hot and fresh, and my order was accurate. Staff were too busy talkin to each other to even see us ordered on the kiosk and when they brought food out didn’t give me cups and told me I can go to the counter to get it. Felt like they didn’t really care enough to be bothered.

They make you pay through the self order app. I saw a senior citizen just leave due to this. The food was so late that I was about to ask for a refund, yet I was the only client in the store with a kid. The cheese was not melted on the burgers, and the kid's big mac had only one patty. Thankfully, the fries were fresh.
