I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with the day shift workers. They never have a smile on their face to even pretend like they care & they can’t read words on a screen. I put on my mobile order for at least 15 ketchups, because this Mcdonald’s just thinks no one needs ketchup for their french fries. But like i said, I put in for 15 and when I picked up my order, there wasn’t any in my bag and when i asked for ketchup, i received 3?! for a large fry and big mac burger?? I truly don’t understand how ignorant you can be.

Womans bathroom is gross, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet paper was all soaked on the floor. And don't get me started in the burger. If the kids weren't so hungry, we would have skipped.

If I could give less than 1 star it would be too much. This McDonalds is arguably the worst restaurant I have ever been too. Drive thru took 30 min. Caramel Machiato Machine is broken. They could not make an egg mcmuffin because the toaster kept catching on fire. We ordered coffee and it was an additional 15 min for coffee. Out of Ketchup, had to beg for jelly and was refused napkins. The vanilla iced coffee I received was purely syrup and ice-undrinkable. I have never seen anyone mess up a McDonald's breakfast like that. Avoid at all costs.

The staff was SO nice here! We were visiting from out of town, and the lady who took my order was superb! She alerted me on a deal that I had no clue about. The lady at the window telling me about my food was nice, and the lady that delivered the food to my car was super nice!!! The food was hot and fresh, and my order was accurate. It allowed for a smooth ride home, as we had about 3 more hours to go. With their bellies full and hearts satisfied, my kids fell asleep, and I was able to coast us on home!

The food was so late that I was about to ask for a refund, yet I was the only client in the store with a kid. The cheese was not melted on the burgers, and the kid's big mac had only one patty. Thankfully, the fries were fresh.

We stopped to grab something on our way to Mississippi. Food was fresh and hot! The best McDonalds I’ve had in a really long time. The ladies working were very efficient, even though we had a small wait. Would return!
