i had the catfish dinner and let me tell ya'll, I have been eating, catching,cleaning and eating catfish since I was a baby(didn't start cleaning them til I was 7), and Knotts Cajun Cafe knows how to do it right! It is not overcooked, the seasoning is right on and it's not to salty! ( like alot of places) I will dang sure to stop by every time I am in the area!

Called in an order for a bacon cheeseburger and when we got home it was raw in the middle.
We used to order here multiple times a week. We got raw burgers once or twice and decided to stop going there. It’s been months since we ordered and wanted to give them another try but once again got a raw burger. So disappointing because their other food is good.

We had the bacon burger, BLT, boudin balls, and fried okra. The bacon burger (comes with red onion) was very good. BLT could have used a little more T. Boudin balls delicious! Fried okra could have been fried harder. Overall, really enjoyed it.
