Bathrooms are not kept clean. Mildew in the grout on the walls, smells like sewage. Not Sanitary at all. Stay away from this wendys. Manager right behind the counter, she nor did anyone else even acknowledge me for several minutes. I just wanted to get a drink and get out of there. They don't know anything about customer service here.

I go to this location all the time because I normally get great service. The GM and the male night manager are awesome. Today was horrible though. I went in because I didn't see a 4 piece nugget and small fry that was packed under my 2 number 8 combos. The manager on duty instantly had an attitude with me. I got the bags and brought them in and she started snatching the food out of my bag talking about it's right there. Ok, my bad I didn't see it. You didn't have to speak to me like that. However when she started saying what was in there she said my order wrong. I could see my sandwich wasn't lettuce as the bun because it was wrapped in the foil wrapper, but with her attitude I wouldn't trust my food after it was sent back. I had ordered one classic #8 sauce on the side and one spicy #8 lettuce as the bun. I got 2 classic #8's dripping in sauce. I ordered a Dr pepper and got a diet coke. I choose Wendy's because I managed a Wendy's and I know the food is fresh and the moto is our burgers are square because we don't cut corners, and Wendy's corporate doesn't tolerate rude nasty bad attitude employees. I don't expect to go to Wendy's and have a rude shift manager not get the order right and be loud and wrong. That kind of attitude shouldn't be in a position we're they have power or interact with the public. That kind of attitude needs to be on truck, grill, or dishes if not fired.

I work EMS and have difficulty getting food or service at most fast food places because our ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive through and I work nights when the lobbies are closed. This Wendy’s is always open when I come and they are great at accommodating us. Food is always fresh and good. The guys who work at night are always so sweet.
