Drove here yesterday from across the river because Google said they closes at 10pm. Pulled up at about 8:45 to the light off and the two employees inside saying they were closed. Decided to call and surprisingly they answered the phone. The young man answered the phone and said “thank you for calling Baskin Robins we will be closing soon” I paused because I thought it was an automated message at first and then he said hello. I asked what time they closed and he said 9pm, I let him know that google stated that it was 10pm and they might want to have it changed. I kid you not he replied and said “well that’s the owners problem”…. I said ok and hung up. I don’t know if they close at 9 on Sundays or 10 however either way when I got there at 8:45 I should have been able to go in and order. I hung up the phone with the young man at 8:55.

0/10 Would Not Recommend. Second picture is the photo from their website. First picture is what we were handed at pickup Sunday, 11/16. Not only was the design nothing like the example online, when she boxed up the cake - she damaged the cake by putting the box flaps into the cake at the top and right side. The pink and black icing tasted horrible - everyone had to scrape it off before eating the cake & ice cream. A representative did call on Friday, 11/14 to say they were out of the light up head but they could still make it similar to the photo and they’d refund me $7 for being out of the light up head. Me, my son, & my family were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this cake order. Not sure what else I can say. The photos speak for themselves I suppose.

Me and my daughter honestly just had the best experience at this Baskin-Robbins the young man in there helping us was so kind and polite and he engaged in conversation with us it really was refreshing

Yes, we had a bad feedback after we went yesterday to Baskin-Robbins in Baker and the manager was assisting us. She had a bad attitude. She act like she don’t feel like coming to work. She was disaster. She never smiled, and when we asked for the manager because the way she was acting like she was the way she act like she don’t feel like doing nothing so we ask for the manager and she was the manager I say how come you are manager and you’ll be acting funny like this like with the attitude so we was sitting she said we was yelling at her and that was a lie. We never yelled at nobody and she was sitting. I think they need a better management for this place. we need this location, but we need better people to deal with it. If you are dealing with customer service, you have to have attitude the good attitude.

On the website it said the store opens at 10:30. I came at 10:56am. and the server told they don’t open until 11:00am. She had a very bad attitude about it

I stopped for a double dip cone. The employee were not knowledgeable about how to provide customer service. I left without paying after ordering. The employee ask me if I was drunk. The employee appearance is unsat.
