We just moved to Baton Rouge and I expected great Cajun, creole, and seafood. T&T Smokehouse is among the best smoked meat I have eaten. Ribs were fall off the bone tender and the grill master knows how to get smoke into meat. Absolutely fantastic. Five stars.
The owners are super friendly. You order at the counter. I ordered the smoked brisket, hot sausage and green beans. The SMOKED BRISKETwas seasoned well and it was SUPER TENDER & packed with GOOD FLAVOR it served with fresh onion slices and pickles, I love pickles and onion with my bbq, but The green beans may of been canned but they were seasoned well. I love this place. I wasn't fond of smoked chicken until this place opened. My husband knows he can't come home on a Friday without food from T&T. Customer service is great as well. You won't be disappointed.
