I don’t normally take time to write reviews on restaurants but this meal was so disappointing, and reading the replies to customers basically stating that their opinions are wrong is wild.I ordered the smoked chicken and ribs with green beans and Mac and cheese.The chicken “looked” amazing but unfortunately it was very dry.The ribs looked sad and didn’t looked smoked at all. They were grey with no smoke ring. They tasted fine and were cooked well but I have a hard time believing they were smoked.The mac and cheese was bland and was piping hot, it was clear they nuked it in a microwave.The green beans were obviously from a can and had little flavor also.The quality of the food did not match the price. Very disappointed to have to pay 30 dollars for a unsatisfying two meet plate (with no beef) and a bottled coke.There are dining in options but there is no restroom to wash hands and there was no bag in the single trash can they had in the “dining area”.One good thing about the place was the employees were nice enough.

Alright... I hate doing reviews under 4 stars but I had to come here and say something. I ordered the brisket, sausage, rice dressing, Mac n cheese & green beans.The brisket seemed to have been cooked in a crockpot (I was hoping it would have been smoked like the menu says)The sausage seemed to have been smoked but had been cooked in the AM and reheated when I ordered (it was dry)The rice dressing was mediocreThe Mac and cheese (no flavor) seemed to have been cooked either the night before or in the morning and reheated in the microwave.The green beans tasted like they were pulled out of a can, threw some smoked seasoning on and heated in the microwave.Overall especially for the price they were asking on the menu I was unfortunately disappointed.That's great that you can't keep it on the shelf, but fact of the matter is, this was my experience that day.Also, please fix your restroom so customers can use it.

Ribs, were done to perfection. Mac & cheese, let's just say it was just Mac no cheese and was tasteless. Green beans had some type of seasoning that overpowered them. The meat definitely made up for the meal.I would eat from them again, but I wouldn't order any sides.

I love this place. I wasn't fond of smoked chicken until this place opened. My husband knows he can't come home on a Friday without food from T&T. Customer service is great as well. You won't be disappointed.

We went there on yesterday I wanted chicken white meat which they was out of again so I didn’t get anything and my husband got a brisket plate when we made it home he looked at how the brisket was cut it was in pieces not sliced so he tasted it and he said this was done in a oven and they added liquid smoke for the favor he’s total was almost 30 dollars for oven brisket and sausage plate we will not be going back.

What is it about your prices that they are so high? Jim's barbecue was not only delicious, but it was also reasonably priced. There is a need for the city to track him down and bring him back to the city as soon as possible
