This place messed up my order so bad when you order from them you make sure that they made the pizza right they are lazy didn't put all my toppings on my pizza when I got my pizza the stove is closing up I couldn't get in contact with no one

This is the worse experience I’ve ever encountered at a dominos. I haven’t eaten at dominos in years and now I see why. For 1 they have AI computer agents taking your orders which they charged me for 5 of the same things and when you asked to confirm your order or speak with a live person it glitched. I sent my son to the location which upon his arrival they said they never received my order and I had to replace my order there which was defeating the purpose of calling it in. After much time has been wasted which at bare minimum everything should have been hot and fresh. No it was extremely cold and had been clearly sitting up. I tried calling the store and someone kept picking up the phone then hanging up, taking the phone off the hook so it could appear busy. I’ve called at least 6 times and the same thing was happening. I would have gone there but they are now closed. This was a total waste and so disrespectful

They always get my orders wrong,or something you can't get if online is down,never answer the phones,poor management, just don't care management. I lived in baker for years and Zachary,and this Domino's here now,? Idk now, I goes to Harding Blvd now

My pizza was cold after waiting more than 1/2 hour. I was directed to park and wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. I don’t recall being told to pull around to the window but it is poor customer service for me. I spoke with the Manager Chris he was rude and disrespectful. He shut the window in my face this is unacceptable. Forget about the pizza when you have lousy service.

I just placed a order for cheese bread sticks. It was so much grease that I couldn't eat it and it was dripping off the cheese bread sticks. The pizza was not as bad .

The worst service ever, employees on the phone, playing with their hair, pants down sagging, outside lights off, don't know if it is open or not, waited for about 40 min after I had already called order in, the playing in the hair and on the phone was just ridiculous, and then when I got back to work and opened the box , disgusting, please don't come here if you are reading thisDomino's really don't give a damn

The food is normally great from this location but the service is terrible. They tend to close or stop taking orders at random times during the night before scheduled closing hours, they never answer the phone, and the online services seem to be made unavailable every time I try. I attempt to order from this location multiple times each week, and I’m always shown there is no change in the service.

I placed an order over the phone at 19mins after 8PM on today, March 5, 2024 Upon my arrival, at the Baker location, no one was in the store. Sat in my car over ten minutes, to discover a young black male; sitting outside in his vehicle on his personal cellphone. Once he realized I was at the drive thru and had been there for awhile. He finally decided to get out of his car, still on the phone, and proceeded inside the store. When he decided to ask my name for my order; still on the phone. He finally gave me my order and didn't ask for any payment basically shoving the pizza out of the window towards me.
