The food here is just ok. Prices are reasonable. If you are in the area and have no time to go anywhere else, you can order some food to go. Don't expect a single word of kindness or appreciation from the woman who is always there assisting customers. She completely lacks people skills and is not interested in acquiring them. Service is not good, and it doesn't seem it will improve as it has been like that for years. I had not been here in a long, long time just to come back to find the exact same thing.

Call before ordering online. Placed $125 order online. Never got a response. Called and got a voicemail saying the mailbox is full. I guess my $125 is in limbo now. Hopefully, they cancel the order if they ever show up.

Usually I've received a satisfactory meal, with, this exceptionFirstly, the lady was busy with phone orders while taking in person orders at the same time. This time she confused both of my orders with that of someone else.Secondly, when pointed out-she denied getting it wrong. Then she asked if I saved the receipt, which I did and NEVER ate any of it.I returned my full order for correct exchange; when I drove all the way back (she was doing the same phone/instore) and confused why I was there. After again reminding her, she took my food and opened it and still insisted it was correct. This was reprehensible!! I am the customer who ordered and had ordered the same item for years.She neither offered to remake, nor credit back the uneaten meal.

I spent 34 dollars and got the steak,chicken, and shrimp hibachi. I asked for no vegi amd extra shrimp amd chicken. They nailed it! Got so much extra shrimp and chicken. Will be my go to place from now on. Best 34 ive ever spent. Great job!!

I received terrible service from restaurant and I ordered from them online. (ASAP) They didn't give me my salad or drink that went with my order and there was hardly enough beef in my box. This was a waste of $72 bucks. And the person I spoke with said that they were out of salad and had no subs for my drink.

Order shrimp fried rice & orange chicken and found a bug in my rice, i called to let them know and the lady keep saying i didn’t order shrimp fried rice which clearly you can see i did then she decide to hang up the phone

We ordered dinner and had it delivered with Waitr. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and it had so much flavor. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki on Sticks for an app and it was still hot and fresh. They are my favorite. We used Waitr code LOCAL5 and saved money on having it delivered.

I ordered the chicken and steak (med rare) hibachi with salad and drink. The steak was almost crispy and over cooked. There were only 2 pieces of steak and the rest touch tough chicken. I ordered fried rice. Recieved steamed rice. Salad and drink were not received. Beware when ordering for delivery. I called and was disconnected x 2.

One of the worst establishments. They’re inconsistent with their prices and charge you more than the menu prices. If you pay for something on the side they’ll give you a sample size. I’ve been here a few times and have gotten different prices and sizes for the same thing. I don’t recommend going here
