To many young people that’s works there don’t care. And it makes the ones who does work & cares look bad because they actually care about their job. Two days in the row I had to pull up for some cookies. First day I waited 35min, I actually had to go in and see what’s going on. They gave the cookies to the wrong person. Then had to wait some more. But still waited patiently because the tall gentleman made sure he took care of the situation and he’s wasn’t even a manager. But the two young lady that was at front one had a piercing in her nose she didn’t give a damn didn’t even speak when she approached the counter.she needs to go back in training. And today was just horrible, lady told me to pull up again for two cookies. Waited 30min just to make sure I wasn’t overthinking. Went Inside explain to the young lady she was nice that I’m waiting on some cookies. She went to checks in the back they told her they are about to put the cookies on. I told her huh! She said yes but only will take 2min. But I just waited up front 30min. This McDonald’s need all new staff, but save the ones who want to work and knows how to provided customer services.

Had to get my food remake because it was wrong, the second time, the order was right however the burger tasted extremely salty. I opened the burger and it was loaded with salt and pepper. They were upset they had to make the order over. Very unprofessional

AFTER HAVING TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE THAT SEEM TO NEVER MOVE IN BOTH LINE I DECIDED OK ILL JUST PLACE A CURBSIDE SIDE ORDER NOW KEEP IN MIND YOUR ORDER GOES ON THE BOARD AND THEY SUPPOSE TO GRAB IT BUT I GUESS COMMON SENSE ISNT SO COMMON I WAITED 40 MINS A GUY FINALLY COMES OUT AND ASK ME DO I HAVE A ORDER WHAT!!! SO YOU MEAN TELL ME AFTER ALL THIS TIME AFTER I WATCHED THE MANAGER HAVE A WHOLE CONVERSATION WITH A GUY IN THE LOBBY THE ENTIRE TIME AND I KNEW SHE SEEN MY CAR OUT FRONT AND I TOLD A WORKER WHOM BROUGHT OUT ANOTHER ORDER WHAT I HAD HAT I WAS WAITING NOW YOU WANT TO COME ASK ME ABOUT MY ORDER THIS IS THE MOST HOOD GETTO MESS IVE EVER SEEN AND I WILL BE REQUESTING AND CONTACTING THE DISTRICT MANAGER IF YOU DONT WANT A JOB GO HOME PERIOD THE FOOLISH AS YOU SEE I PLACED THE ORDER AT 10:15 SO WHY IS IT 10:50 YOU WANT TO COME OUTSIDE AND CHECK BUT YOU WANT AND EXPECT SOMEONE GIVE YOU A CHECK EVERY WEEK BUT CANT WVEN DO THE JOB
There is a heavyset manager there with red braids in her hair did not acknowledge me the customer. She kept talking to this lady that was not a customer like she didn’t even see me. She told the lady that she was talking to she was gonna be back then proceeded to walk away from the counter. She came back like 3 minutes later and started back talking to the lady that she was talking to upon my arrival. I literally had to say excuse me I have an order the lady then proceeded to say they working on it she didn’t even know my name.
Update 2/3/25 Nobody in drive through taking forever to get my order taken when there are 2 people with two head sets on and all I hear is laughing and talking. A customer next to at the other speaker got mad and left because the cashier skipped over her twice. I get to the window and my order is not is not even ready. I’m being told my order is not seen.

Just a mess all the way around. Not from Baton Rouge. Traveling for a funeral. However, happened upon this McDonald's in Baker, LA. I have never experienced a worse McDonald's. Didn't appear to be short of help, but had many other issues. Drive thru not moving, so went inside. Customers inside unhappy and distraught too over wrong orders, incomplete orders, rude workers, & the list goes on. Unbelievable!!!
