The pandemic has been over for 4 years now this place still does not allow customers to come inside of the building this is an incredible and convenience. The customer service via the drive-in window is absolutely the worst the employees are short-tempered and rude

Terrible experience. Mobile order, arrived later than the ready time and although nobody was in line, they still hadn’t started the order. They then asked me what kind of chicken we ordered (while they were holding the receipt). Then stated they only had fries, no other sides at all. Ordered 2 ea two piece white mild, wife opened boxes while I was making the drinks. One has a leg and thigh, the other had a breast and leg. On a positive note, once we got the right chicken, it was delicious!!

Made an online order i guess the app doesn't know if they're problems with the staff being at work. I had to wait over an hour to get my food because the store cant issue the refund because I made the order online
