I used to dread going to this Popeyes, but today changed my whole view of this location. In the past, they were too slow and rude at the same time, but today, I had the best experience I've ever had at this location. Needless to say, I was truly impressed! Jerrica made sure my order was hot and fresh, and it didn't take the normal 20 to 25 minutes. I would usually order in the app and receive old chicken or have to wait 20 to 25 minutes, even though I ordered in the app! I have to say kudos to Quinton; Sir, you and your team are doing an excellent job. I love how you all call out what you need, and the person responsible for that station responds with "heard" and confirms when what you've called back is dropped and the time it'll be ready! This is great! Keep up the good GREAT work! Your hard work, attention to detail, and quality customer service skills did not go unnoticed today! I will be back soon! ??

this is the absolute worst popeyes . they are so rude ! everytime i go im ALWAYS missing an item & they never give me any sauce even after i ask for it . i have been ordering from the mobile app lately, & i have been missing items from that & aum of my food items were not fully cooked . the service is HORRIBLE, the employees are completely HORRIBLE . i strongly do not reccomend this popeyes, the customer service is also the WORST .

I was not happy with my last visit. It was pure chaos with the employees bad behavior.
My food was fresh and hot! Also, no one asked me to backup and then pull back up to the window. Everyone in the drive thru was friendly, including the manger?

It was around 4:30 when I arrived at Popeyes in Baker Louisiana. It was extremely busy, but the service was very good, the food was fresh. From the chicken to the biscuits. The only thing I think they can improve in is the serving amount of their side items. The sides look as though it's an child size servong.

We had a great experience at Store # 12648 on 12/14 evening shift. The inside was very clean. The guys in the front and the back were awesome. Love the atmosphere!! We met and spoke with the GM and admired the amazing job he’s doing with the store and staff. It was my first time going inside and I was not disappointed. The hot delicious chicken was an added bonus. Keep up the great work guys!!
