Went to Subway on Sunday around 6:30 PM and the sign said they close at 9. As soon as I open the door, the guy working there said they’re closed. Believe the bad reviews.

The employees were short staffed due to a lot of call ins the manager kept apologizing but kept a positive attitude. She worked as fast as she could to get the orders done.

I’m at subway in baker as we speak..currently 8:38 I walked in and what appears to be a guy but sound like a girl said we close…mind u I WALKED IN…door unlock…I said I thought you all close at 9 he/she said IM THE MANAGER…I can close when I want…I said oh.. and walked out…mind u I used to work here….contacting Francis in the morning…
I went to Subway really hungry as everything shuts down early in Baker. It was almost 9:00 pm but Trinity and Janae was still very professional and willing to help. We had a good conversation while my food was being prepared. Trinity enlightened me and said she just received a promotion and I congratulated her and gave her a few words of advice. She appreciated that as much as I appreciated them for assisting me without hesitation. Good luck and outstanding job ladies. I hope your upper management sees this and acknowledge the both of you for this!!
They should close this location down!!! They change people every other day and you never see the same workers. The bread is ALWAYS HARD!!!!! I'm so sick and tired of going here giving them chance after chance and spending my money on hard bread and thrown together food. I would rather take that long drive to another location because it's ridiculous. Note to workers: PLEASE take the bread out the oven a little early PLEASE!!!!!

It’s currently 6:33 pm and the worker is screaming through the window saying they’re closed while he was fixing someone sandwich. Then locked the door.
Woow the truth I'm very surprised the girls are super friendly first time in an establishment they ask me to mix my salad I loved that and the cleaning is excellent

I do not recommend this place the service is terrible the people have attitudes I didn’t receive what I wanted or asked for it’s just overall terrible customer service.
The bread was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been on the shelf for at least four days. Freshness is key to a great experience, so I hope this can be improved in the future. Additionally, my steak and cheese sandwich had very little steak, which left the meal unbalanced and unsatisfying. I would appreciate more attention to quality and portion sizes next time.

When I first came in the manager with the red hair was yelling at her co workers, basically picking with them and when I told her what I wanted on my sandwich you can tell she didn't wanna do it and she put very little meat on it

The female employee (maybe the manager) that prepared my food was dry and gave off a why are you here vibe. She barely opened her mouth when she mumbled to ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted.
