Ordered online. When I went to pick up my food it's a military base without anyone at the gate. I called to see how could I get in. The phone rings twice and cuts off. 15.00 down the drain for absolutely nothing. They should let people know this when ordering from here.

I just tried this place for the first time and it was amazing, fast, and good price. A good size cheesesteak and fries for $13, not bad. Will be back!

I ordered a meal. They gave me the cup of fries half empty. I told them to fill it up and they said no because the weigh them before serving. Apparently I had very heavy fries because the lady next to me had a full cup of fries. The man doing the fries was rude and extremely unwilling to help. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend anyone going back. The qodoba next to it is way better and the staff is friendly. Stay away from Charley’s.

They have a wide variety of selections that IMO can meet everyones preferences. We use them often and we love their grilled Teriaki chicken combo. Very reasonably priced as well!
