What is up with these tiny expensive half a hot dog kolaches? I cannot express to you how much more I would rather it be a full size for double the price than of these halfies! I personally think it wastes time to have to cut these in half. I could understand if they were like the tiny ones back in the day but they are not. Delicious donuts! They taste like old-fashioned donuts, not cakey donuts. The cream-cheese filled donut was the best, almost like cheesecake. I’m surprised at how late this location is open (until 8pm).There is no seating at this location so be sure to plan on to-go. Donuts are 99¢ - $1.19 each.

OMG... I haven't had these donuts in 30 years and I was SOOO EXCITED when I made the trip to Shreveport this weekend.. I ordered a half of dozen with EVERY intention to share w/relatives WELL....... I tried to save some for them, but they were SOO GOOD and HOT. Needless to say, there were NONE left by the time I made it back to my domain ( Its been a long 30 years...LOL) I'm planning my next trip back to Shreveport and S.M. will be the 1st stop. LOVE THE DONUTS!!!
