I ordered a meal. They gave me the cup of fries half empty. I told them to fill it up and they said no because the weigh them before serving. Apparently I had very heavy fries because the lady next to me had a full cup of fries. The man doing the fries was rude and extremely unwilling to help. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend anyone going back. The qodoba next to it is way better and the staff is friendly. Stay away from Charley’s.

They have a wide variety of selections that IMO can meet everyones preferences. We use them often and we love their grilled Teriaki chicken combo. Very reasonably priced as well!
This location doesn't have online ordering I guess because it's on a Military Base. That's a bummer because the app keep sending me great offers and deals. Here's a few of the ones I have received.

This is a good example of the franchise. The employees where very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had answers to all my questions. The food was ready surprisingly quickly and was delicious.

I’m a food reviewer and I love Philly Cheesesteaks but I can’t get to them on the BAFB because I’m not military or don’t know anyone who has a pass. I wish they were free standing.
