We never get tired of Pippens when I'm in town. I remember as a kid walking from the Louisiana Motor Hotel there for food. Same down home atmosphere where they always make you feel welcome. Do your family a favor and stop by if you have a chance.

I've driven past this place all my life. Finally decided to stop in for a quick bite. Local hometown feel for sure. Lots of history in that building and the food was what you'd expect. Little bland but that's what you're gonna get for their clientele.

The waitress was great. She was all smiles and very friendly.The food though absolutely amazing!!! We had the Philly cheese omelets and they were great. The first time I've had an omelet made the way they made them and my husband and I were blown away!It is a small building though and got a bit loud so keep that in mind if you want a quiet place to eat breakfast/lunch.I will definitely go back again.Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu and were very friendly
