10/10 ALWAYS! They’ve only made one mistake out of my millions of orders, and it was just giving me a chiller instead of my regular iced blondie (so no big deal at all) and they even gave me a free blondie next time due to that small hiccup! The employees are ALL so cool and friendly! The drinks are SO good… seriously makes Starbucks taste like badooky?

Great service, always friendly/helpful/fast. Last several times we've gone though it's been heavily watered down like half the drink is melted ice, and it's been every time. We started coming fairly often once the place opened since it's way better than Starbucks, but now it's just as bad. It's like once a good coffee place starts getting a crowd the coffee waters down.
This is a 2nd review as we gave it 5 stars early on. Won't bother now.

I love 7brew and come often. The employees are always super nice and offer great suggestions about stuff to try. Unfortunately, today I had an awful experience where I was trapped in line for about 25 minutes (when I usually spend around 5-10 minutes in line) because people who had not ordered kept pulling in front of people who had which confused and slowed down the employees as well as making the line much longer in front of me (super annoying lol). Luckily I had nowhere to be, but I really wish the management would find a way to prevent stuff like this for employees and customers sake.

For a drive-through, only experience they rock. Service is fast, and the coffee blends are delicious and consistent. The pastry they sell are simple and flavorful. I definitely recommend the white chocolate strawberry matcha on ice. You won't regret it.

I pulled in for a refreshment and unfortunately blew my tire when I mistakenly hit the curb. ? The manager, Daven was incredibly helpful. He pulled out his own tools from his personal vehicle and helped me change my tire! ?? Thanks again, Daven! I’ll definitely be back just because of you! ??

Phenomenal! This was my first time. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Both staff members I interacted with were great. Very helpful, friendly, happy and patient. Super friendly and awesome upbeat vibe for early in the morning. 7brew has it figured out!
