The workers are literally amazing. Tamir helped me and she was outstanding. She was so nice and sweet and she saw my baby seat in the car and said “kiss the baby for me!” Omg it just melted my heart. That’s how you earn tips and build relationships. Love her. Will be going back more often

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to check it out. Since then, I've not frequented Starbucks for their coffee. Their coffee doesn't make me feel tired, it's not overly sweet, and even when the ice melts, the coffee still tastes great. My favorite drink is the iced Blondie with caramel drizzle and sweet cream on top, and I always pair it with a blueberry muffin top. The staff is always helpful and willing to offer suggestions, which makes trying new menu items a breeze. I also appreciate their points system for earning freebies.

I ran up on this coffee shop by accident because everything was closed on Easter and I must admit the coffee was great. I ordered a caramel macchiato cold, and the price was cheaper than Starbucks and Dunkin’s. it was so good that I came back before heading home with my family and order them something as well.

? ? this 7 brew is so special I drive from NOLA just to visit and show love. The service here is always stellar & the variety of options they have here are to die for. I love getting the sparkling refreshers or energy drinks with lavender or watermelon.Finally decided to leave a review after the spectacular service my friend and I got from the viet cutie!!! Didn’t get her name but the way she was so friendly, upselling foam, and even giving drink recommendations just SCREAMED she loved her job!? thank you for making our night before our drive back to Nola sis!!!

I was put on this place from my girlfriend. Never been a fan of ice coffee, but fell in love with the chocolate moca. I can't speak for the customer acknowledgement of other locations but C'mon Essen Lane, I only been here 3 times in my life and I do tip each time I've been. The issue is Your website says you're open at 5:00AM, (M-F) 5:30AM (S-S).How am I suppose to know this liston l location opens at 5:30AM (M-F) If you don't let me know at the window?No eye contact, No greeting, avoided all forms of communication like the plague. Unfortunately, I can't wait till 5:30 because of my fluctuating schedule. I really want to keep doing business because I like the product. But someone needs to look into that website time if it's not accurate. And a little communication goes a long way. Thanks.
