It you're looking a good Lebanese food, the Bluebonnet Albasha is very good and very consistent. Also, it's one of the few that still has Lebanese coffee. I think it's the best cup of coffee in Baton Rouge
We had a one-night stopover in Baton Rouge and decided to try out this restaurant. The ambiance was nice, and we noticed many people picking up orders for takeaway. We ordered the fattoush salad to start, but it was heavy with garlic and seasoning and difficult to eat. The shrimp kabob plate was solid with many pieces of well-seasoned shrimp. The chicken shish taouk plate was also delicious. I ordered wine, and it was a very healthy pour. The pita bread was sad and didn’t seem...
Was back home and wanted to get back to Albasha for a meal. Some places don't taste as good years later......not the case for Albasha. Still absolutely love the salad, pita, chicken, gyro, and baba ganoush. Wish we had such great quality Mediterranean in Charlotte ♥️
