All Star gets ALL THE STARS!! Hands down the BEST Brisket in Louisiana, and (as someone who lived in Texas) I say it is better than any brisket I’ve ever had in Texas too!! The smoked pork belly bites were LEGIT too!!! If you need a caterer for your next party…you’ve found them!!

We recently hosted a last-minute crawfish boil at our home for my husband’s entire department, and Brian with All Star Catering went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. The crawfish were absolutely incredible—so much so that several guests asked who we used! They were hands down better than any of the well-known spots around Perkins, and the pricing was just as impressive.
I’ve enjoyed All Star’s food at various events over the years and have never been disappointed. Their consistency, quality, and flavor are unmatched. Based on this experience, we’ll definitely be turning to All Star for all future department gatherings and personal events. Highly recommend!

All Star Catering knocked it out of the park for our company crawfish boil. From start to finish Brian and his team were professional, friendly, on time, organized and super prepared. This allowed me to be able to fully enjoy our event. The food was amazing and if you have never tried their catfish and tartar sauce you are missing out. If you need catering services give them a call. They are the BEST!!!

I've had a variety of items ranging from boiled crawfish, bacon wrapped chicken, smoked chicken, jambalaya with a variety of sides and great desserts.
I have spoken with Aaron and Brian a few times and they are great to work with.
I look forward to what is next so I can call all-star again.

Always amazing food!!! Jambalaya plate w the side salad is my favorite. The day of the event, my mouth was watering just thinking about the fact that I get to eat the jambalaya while I was there!
