We liked it. No seating indoors. Order outside. A bit disorganized but sundae was great. Lots of strawberrys and banannas.

The ice cream is always good but the customer service sucks. They don’t greet you, there always seems to be a problem when I come. This time I guess they were out of medium cups but I didn’t know so I asked her to fill the cup up and then she tells me they gave me a large cup? Like idk, I’m all about good vibes and experiences and they just don’t seem to have it

went there last night, got in line at 10:45, i was the second car in line at 10:57 and they purposely stood at the counter holding the food of the person in front of me until 11 so i could not order and then put up the closed sign immediately as they gave their food even though i had been waiting for 15 minutes, one of the workers pointed directly at my car through the window while talking to another worker and they started laughing, very unprofessional and very disappointed as this is one of my favorite places to go for ice cream in the area, just horrible customer service

Double Double Malted Jackhammer was phenomenal. Staff is always friendly and speed at which they get it to you explains why it melts so fast. Definitely a must try in BR.
