We stopped here on our drive up to New Orleans. Maybe we shouldn’t have because I ended up liking this place’s muffuletta more than Central Grocery (which is where the muffuletta originated from)! It was so good - the bread was toasted perfectly and the cheese and meat went very well together. Super cozy mom and pop shop with plenty of parking space. Highly recommend stopping here for a bite!

@tableformaddie on instagram!! My oh my!!! My favorite food is Italian so i came in judging everything really hard!!! This place was absolutely amazing!!!! I had the shrimp spaghetti, which was great but i could not stop eating my boyfriends Deli sandwich!! It was absolutely out of this world!! Now that i know the food here is good i cannot wait to come back!! & dont get me started on hoe friendly the staff was!!!! I love it here!!!! Thank yall so much!!

After a long day on the road, we were looking forward to our first meal in Baton Rouge, and Anthony’s seemed like a great pick. We love mom-and-pop places and enjoy Italian food, so the glowing reviews and long history had us excited.
