We walked in in a great mood for my wife’s birthday. We went and sat at the bar and waited for the bartender to come and greet us. She has red hair and fair skin. When she finally comes up, she doesn’t say a word, and then catches an attitude and asked if we were all right and said she spoke when I looked at her the entire time and she never said a word. She was very rude and we felt so unwelcomed. So we got up and left and it ruined my wife’s birthday. I believe that you all need to go back through customer service training because that was really just unbelievable and terrible of her. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have but I had to at least do one store so that I can leave a review Applebee’s do better.

Came in for lunch on 4/22 and picked up my to go order of the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper. Chicken tenders were excellent, but the Mac and cheese had absolutely no taste. Dish was full of what looked like a sauce but tasted like water.

The Restaurant was half empty and still had a 30 minute wait. Some other customers told me all servicers was on break at the same time. The food was the only good thing at this Applebees. It will be my last time visiting this location.

My elder parents and I stopped while traveling to eat dinner. Once we had a table by the bar we were given menus. We had to ask two different people who our server was going to be. FINALLY, Kiara H, came to the table and with a lack of patience took our order. I ordered from the bar which took for ever to get my drink.Once I got my drink I realized why Kiara was districted, she was talking to a young lady sitting at the bar.Our dinner was brought out it was cold. We had to get our servers attention by again getting someone else to get her to even fill our drinks. Again, the entire time at the bar talking and looking at each others cell phones.Horrible experience will never eat at Applebees again!!

Absolutely horrible! The waitress was nice, but everything else was bad. Especially the lady who was doing the to go orders. She was loud, rude, and danced half of the time she was there. I'm never going back to that restaurant. The star that I gave was because the server we had was nice.

Went around 1:30PM. Dead establishment, few customers which should have been my red flag. To-Go utensils used at the table, no other napkins provided. Had to wait several minutes to get sat and server attention to order, about 15 minutes total. 3 people walked past us before finally being sat. Bread was stale and food almost lukewarm like it was cooked at lunch and just served now. Only 2 of 5 staff were running food or attending tables (our server and bartender). Manager on phone constantly. Do not go, do not recommend.

I am a frequent visitor to this establishment. I know one thing for sure I always get great customer service from the bartender (Shaina). I know her name personally because the great conversations we have and she really try to interact with her guest and make you feel welcome. She makes sure my drinks are perfect and my food is right. I may not visit this place if she not there.

Nasty place. We ordered 2 Burger quesadillas. One came out ok but the other was burnt on the side facing the plate and smelling like charcoal. Fries were cold. It took about 30+ mins to get the food before having to recook.. we were told that the cook left the food on the grill at the end of his shift. This was at 2:35 pm. Instead of recooking the quesadilla, they tried to hide the fact that it was burnt. First bite reeked of a burnt charcoal smell. The tea tasted old and the bathroom was filthy. You’d need a hammer and chisel to break up the crud around the faucets in the bathroom. One server at the register at the bar had her hand in her mouth showing another server her back tooth. It was a sight I’d prefer to not have seen, especially knowing she was going to touch someone’s food. All in all a terrible experience and not one I’d like to experience again.
