Was the only customer in placed my order drove 10 miles to my house only to see half my order was there, went back where they were on their p ended with the food maker an me in a confrontation. Roastbeef tasted watered down gave it to my dog he wouldn't eat it!!!!!!Never be back!!!!

Tried the special featuring their new burgers. I was very surprised at the thickness of the burger itself. It puts McD & BK signature burgers to shame in this regard. However, there was no seasoning of the meat. Who wants to eat bland meat?
The fries were hot, the shake was at the right consistency for me. Most importantly, I got great customer service from the young man working the window. Please put a little seasoning on your burgers.

I stopped eating at Arby's when they stopped selling potato cakes. Well, potato cakes are back for a limited time. So that means I will be going back to Arby's....For a LIMITED time.

Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I gave the lady my order 12 times. I'm not exaggerating. 12 times. All I wanted was a roast beef sandwich with only meat, bread, and sliced cheddar. I don't know if she was on crack or just lazy and dumb, but she literally could not understand that. I spent over 5 minutes, which is a long time in this situation, explaining to her that I wanted three ingredients on my sandwich that normally comes with only four. Quite possibly the most incompetent place I have ever experienced in my entire life.
Update... forgot about my previous review so I stop by there tonight. It's only 8:00 p.m. and they have all the lights off in the lobby. See the pictures below. I placed an online order we have some sort of rewards program now. The lady who was supposed to be behind the register taking my order is actually in the lobby playing on her phone. She walked up to the register and handed me my online order. Of course, it was incorrect. I asked for natural cheddar instead of melted. No big deal, but worth mentioning to the overall experience. They were out of coke, Diet coke, Coke zero, and several other drinks. The lady went in the back and remade the sandwich. She didn't make it correctly, but it was close enough to not make a big deal out of it so I took it anyway. The one positive thing I can say about the experience was that the lady behind the register was very nice I'll be at very unprofessional. I just don't know who would want to sit in pitch black dark to eat their sandwich. Without the 25% discount from joining the rewards program, I wouldn't have gone back in here. My camera naturally brightens these pictures but I assure you it was very dark in there except for in the kitchen area.

This is one of the best Arby's I have been to. Well prepared food, good service, and very clean. I order online here often and have never been disappointed (especially with 5 for $5!). It's not the speediest service but that's the only negative.
