This location is horrible! Please find yourself another Arby’s location. I have went to this location twice within a week and I have gotten COLD/OLD FOOD, even after asking them at the speaker to make sure that my food is fresh and telling them that I will pull around for the freshly prepared food. This location needs a completely new staff and new management due to poor comprehension, lack of communication, and poor customer service! I give this location a zero star.

I interacted with all three visible staff members. One was borderline curt with another who prepared our order quickly and accurately. The third was friendly, respectful and obviously took pride in her ability to provide outstanding customer service.As I said, the order was not only prepared correctly (in my experience a true rarity in Baton Rouge) it was hot where appropriate and cold where appropriate. It was fresh and delivered quickly.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and some mozzarella sticks from the drive-thru. After waiting about 5 minutes at the window they finally came out. I wasn't too upset about the weight expecting that everything would be hot and fresh. Drove the 3 minutes home and the mozzarella sticks were already cold as ice. The crispy chicken sandwich ended up being a roast beef sandwich instead. Very disappointed as usually Arby's is one of my favorite quick service restaurants to eat at

Paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom only gives a inch of paper towel to dry hand. When we brought it to your employees attention, a female got attitude toward my husband, then he was asked by a male employee to fix your paper towel dispenser. I asked for horsey sauce and was rudely answered by the same female whom had attitude to begin with

The last 2 times I have been were deplorable, but I decided to try again tonight. I pulled to the drive-through, and no one answered. I wait, l wait, I wait. I drive around where I see someone getting their food from the window, and they leave, so I pull up. And wait. Wait. Wait. Finally, after more than 5 minutes, a lady , managwr dressed in all dark, comes to the window and says. Can I help you? when I try to give her my order, She says you're gonna have to give me some time because the store is in shambles, one employee left and another is leaving. I ask if they were closed. Because I had already been sitting there more than 15 minutes. And she says you're going to have to give me some time. She says you can either wait or pull off. I said OK. So I sit and wait. For another 5 minutes or so. no one asked me what I wanted to order, but I see 2 of the girls moving around inside. Filling up cups she was drinking out of. So I drove off to Denham location. Where it took me 10 min to get, and 3 min to get my food and I was back home 5 min later. I DO NOT EVER SUGGEST GOING TO ARBYS IN SHERWOOD FOREST!! TAKE THE EXTRA 10 MIN RIDE TO DENHAM. WHERE THEY ARE POLITE AND EFFICIENT!!

Had an interview with them just to be told the hiring manager was not there and she is not hiring...just like they scheduled the interview they could of called and canceled the interview...very unprofessional
