I have been to this one on Burbank twice since it opened and have been disappointed both times. I’m done trying their food it’s horrible

Food was how its suposed to be so thats good, the service was rather quick considering there was only one worker, he keep his cool although he was running the show by him self. Atmosphere was inviting enough that i had to keep making my kid stop running around. O.o

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries ,only customer in the place , it took 30 minutes to get my food , then couldn't even get a little mayo, no cups for ketchup. Bout sorry service i have seen in Arby's, and i think I should be refunded

No customer service. Girl took my card , handed back, and handed me the food with not a single word dispute my Hello and Thank you. Took 15 mins to get 2 combos. Food was fine but I will not be returning.

I told myself some months back I would never come here again, but decided to give them another chance. Yesterday I wasted my entire lunch break waiting in the drive thru line for my food only to get a sloppy sandwich and cold fries. I asked the guy at the drive-through window If I can have some fresh fries, he took the cold fries brought me back another order of cold fries… I guess he thought I wasn’t going to check and pull off. His attitude was very dry as hell… he has no business taking orders. He definitely need to be in the back busing tables and dishes. This location is in the perfect area in town, but the service and food sucks.

I have been to this location a couple times and have yet to have a poor experience! The order taker has always been friendly and the food has always been hot and fresh! The mozzarella sticks are top tier!

Me and my mom ordered two bacon ranch turkey sandwiches and neither sandwich had turkey on it at all. Our lemonades were extremely sour and overall this was a very bad experience.

Been here twice the food is great. The service terrible both times only 2 people working. The cook does a good job. The two different service people had no rush to them at all. I don't believe they would be in a hurry if they were on fire. I waited 15 minutes after the cook finished making the food for the food to be given to me. Terrible service will not be back I can't stand slow service.
