Me and my mom ordered two bacon ranch turkey sandwiches and neither sandwich had turkey on it at all. Our lemonades were extremely sour and overall this was a very bad experience.

Been here twice the food is great. The service terrible both times only 2 people working. The cook does a good job. The two different service people had no rush to them at all. I don't believe they would be in a hurry if they were on fire. I waited 15 minutes after the cook finished making the food for the food to be given to me. Terrible service will not be back I can't stand slow service.

I'll be avoiding this location from now on. No line with a 15 minute wait, the employees were not friendly, and my food was cold and soggy. Go to the one on Sherwood, lobdell or range if you want to get your Arby's fix.

The staff here is always dry and come off as if they don't wanna be at work. They never cut the grass which make it seem closed down. The food is pretty good for a Arby's.

The 2 ladies working here right now need to be fired 11:56 pm Feb 27 2024 . How is there nobody in line and we still have to pull around and wait on our food mind you we got there at 11:20 pm , and she wants to say something about a lunch rush when we were the FIRST ones there waiting on our food 10+ mins for it to come out COLD ! NOTHING WAS FRESH ! Y’all trash . Not spending another penny here
