Inconsistent. I was excited to return to this place for the third time. I don’t eat bread. Haven’t for years. I asked if I could sub the pita for fries and the lady at the window told me absolutely not. However, on the other occasions I have. I tried explaining this, she cut me off to tell me I could throw the pita away if I want, but she’s not giving me fries. I’ll never understand why people can’t just be nice. I mean, even if I’m charged extra. This is crazy. The only reason I started going to this place is because they have a drive-through window, but Cafe Phoenicia is right across the street. They’re wonderful. Kindness matters. I don’t ever plan to return there.

This is my go-to spot for chicken salads! Their house dressing is so good! They ask if you want it in the salad or on the side. They've went up on the prices in the last couple years...salad were $12, now they're $14, but I like what I like so I still get them. Their jalapeno hummus is pretty good too! I have never gone inside...always the drive thru. I'm not sure the inside is even open to customers....

Me and my wife used to eat here all the time, until I rolled up to the take out window and saw a baby roach crawling on the wall behind the guy that checks us out. So we haven't been back since. The chicken was seasoned generously and we thought it had great flavor, sometimes it would be dry. So hit and miss with the chicken, the salad was always soggy. Prices are way too high.

For $18 I got a combination plate. Horrible hands down the worst Lebanese iv ever had very greasy gyro the chicken was so dry and had absolutely no flavor at all. Hummas was like water. The salad was nothing but the white bark part was disgusting and a total waste of 18$ go to albasha for lunch get the same thing but excellent taste for $14

I visit this restaurant very frequent. I had a salad that was hardly any chicken on ithe girl told me there were someone new in the kitchen so I'll called. They told me to bring it in. I brought it in and she would not return it or exchange it. Because I did not have the receipt. And I knew exactly how much it was. That's very poor service and management. And I will not be back !!!

I used to love this place but it's s been a while since I had it. Got my usual Mediterranean salad with chicken...chicken was dry with zero flavor. Lettuce was old and brown in some places. Whole salad lacked flavor. Very disappointing for an $18 salad.

Stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday and was blown away by how warm and inviting the owners, Moe & Zahainab were. The food came out fast, was a hearty portion, and was delicious. I'll definitely be returning!

Only drive thru is open. Garbage management and judging by other reviews, is destined for closure like the Zachary branch. The whole franchise is doomed
