The customer service today was horrible. I pulled up and spoke to the attendant with no response. I even said thank you and he never replied. I also didn't enjoy the chicken pita. The seasoning tasted off and the Grecian tasted bitter.

Me and my wife used to eat here all the time, until I rolled up to the take out window and saw a baby roach crawling on the wall behind the guy that checks us out. So we haven't been back since. The chicken was seasoned generously and we thought it had great flavor, sometimes it would be dry. So hit and miss with the chicken, the salad was always soggy. Prices are way too high.

For $18 I got a combination plate. Horrible hands down the worst Lebanese iv ever had very greasy gyro the chicken was so dry and had absolutely no flavor at all. Hummas was like water. The salad was nothing but the white bark part was disgusting and a total waste of 18$ go to albasha for lunch get the same thing but excellent taste for $14

I used to love this place but it's s been a while since I had it. Got my usual Mediterranean salad with chicken...chicken was dry with zero flavor. Lettuce was old and brown in some places. Whole salad lacked flavor. Very disappointing for an $18 salad.

The worse service in my life!!! They are over charging,i order two lunch chicken plates with two drinks. After he gave me my total, i decided t I pull out my calculator because it wasn't adding up. Sure enough it was almost 10 dollars higher than I totalled. The gentleman said, no hes right., due to price change! And they haven't had time to correct it on the menu sign. Because its gonna cost them 800.00 dollars to change the prices. No apologies, no Thank you!! NOTHING!!@ JUST OVER CHARGING AND GETTING AWAY WITH 8T! I ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN OF MY RECEIPT. NOT JUST A TOTAL WITH TIP SLIP. AND OF COURSE HE COULDNT PROVIDE THAT EITHER. Don't go there.!

Only drive thru is open. Garbage management and judging by other reviews, is destined for closure like the Zachary branch. The whole franchise is doomed

Extremely rude. I showed up 45min before closing (I checked their store hours online and on the door when I arrived. The guy who came to the togo window treated me like I was majorly inconveniencing him by wanting food. Basically demanded what I wanted then told me he had already closed down the register and they were closing. Tried to tell me their closing time was 8pm when it literally states 8:30pm on the front door. They’ve gotten extremely expensive anyways and food has gone downhill. I’ll be sending my business to Cafe Phoenicia who have way better food and customer service.

One of my favorite Mediterranean spots especially for take out. Super friendly, great food and portion sizes and they have a drive-thru!
I just received THE WORST GYRO PITA ever. The bread was so dry, falling apart. The sandwich was wrapped in paper instead of aluminum foil which would keep it moist. They apparently make the sandwiches yesterday or longer. Not fresh or moist. I’ve tried to give this place a chance and the food was better 3 yrs ago but i won’t recommend going!

Terrible chicken was inedible had to spit it out! A couple of years ago Arzi’s wasn’t bad but quality has gone down!3 different types of fries ( I miss the bright orange ones.) just threw it all in the trash! 0 stars!

Good food but need to update their hours on google. They close at 8:30pm but hours on google state 9pm. I’ve told them a dozen times and been informed I’m not the only one. Needless to say I always forget and end up calling and being told “we close in 10 minutes”. Apparently they have better things to do than taking the necessary 2 minutes to update their hours. Do yourself a favor and eat the food here. I 100% recommend the Chicken Pasta. The meat is so tender and well seasoned and the pasta tastes homemade. 5 stars. I eat here every week.
