Wow! I have eaten lunch here 3 times in two weeks and each time is is wonderful. I don't gush about restaurants but this place has wonderful ambience, the food is delicious and plentiful and the service tops. So far i've stayed with the lunch menu and western type dishes (Mongolian Beef, Beef and Broccoli, etc) but will be trying more adventuresome dishes in the near future. And the soup which comes with the mean is excellent too! Very rich and smooth. I would come here just for that!! That's it. I am very impressed.

Best Asian restaurant in Baton Rouge. Seafood is always fresh. Hands down the best hot pot around! Shrimp fried rice really good with some of their spicy mayo on it. Shrimp balls are great! Hot pot fish soup is really good. The staff has always been very friendly to us!!! Wish they were on the west side of the river I could eat there more often!

Even the SMALL dishes are HUGE!The food quality is excellent, just be aware that ALL dishes are share-sized. We ordered a small bowl of egg drop soup and a table of four couldnt eat it all, lol. Come with a healthy appetite and folks to enjoy it with!

Hot and sour soup is the best in town.It has a nice kick and its full of veggies!Fried fish was good didnt care for the peanut sauce.Fried rice is fresh but bland. Wouldn't recommend the brisket noodle flat rice soup.Broth is very light. It was bland and they packaged the noodles terribly. They packed the noodles with the meat/veggies ,so the noodles steamed and got soggy.Noodles were short and shredded so don't expect the long flat noodles. The ratio of noodles to meat was about 80/20,smh. Didn’t honor request for side of chili oil.

Food was good overall. There are a lot of authentic options and I love that the seafood tank is literally on the floor! Space is very large and clean. Boston Lobster was only ok- I didn't have much meat on me and I suspect they gave my boyfriend some of my pieces - he had salt & pepper lobster, I had the ginger & hibiscus flavor The sauce on my lobster was gelling after 10 minutes. Bf loved the salt and pepper - I felt like his lobster had wayy more meat on it 8 piece chicken wing- hot, not seasoned, good breading Thai tea- sweet, desert drink Hot tea- lavender flavor- bf love it but the flavor notes were too light to me Chardonnay was good Combination noodle- large serving, huge pieces of meat - 2 ppl could eat this Boiled fish in hot chili sauce- so good and huge, 3-4 ppl could eat this- the serving size is massive , the veggies were so fresh, if your feeling stuffy or not well I would definitely order this Why the low score it's all about the service. We walked in and no one greeted us. They made eye contact then went back to chatting and 2 ladies were counting money. We stood there for a while until I said are you able to seat us. No apology or anything. We had a young girl who was helpful but didn't seem to know anything beyond the food. And she left without telling us and a different waitress was not assigned. So we had no water, napkins, no refills, no one checked to see if we were alright. Also the menu was not up to date- there was an advertisement for a lobster special and we were told that it was old & not available. Drinks we were interested in were not available. The restaurant was not packed or busy. We were 1 of 3 tables. I noticed when an Asian family walked in they were greeted immediately and walked to the table by 2 waitresses and someone from the kitchen - came out to greet. They received a very nice reception. Me and my boyfriend are foodies and we spent $150 on the meal. Really wish the service had been better

This is an authentic Chinese restaurant! oh my goodness, probably one of the best in the area!We ordered so much food and all of them are really tasty! The Peking duck is nicely done, the Spicy Mr & Mrs Smith - that’s an interesting English name for a Chinese dish - touches the spot! Kung Po Chicken and Double-cooked Pork are very good! The atmosphere is very American Chinese restaurant with red table cloth, lantern and others! no complaint but rather typical. The lady who served us was very nice and attentive, and speaks Mandarin.

My husband and I came to try our first dim sum, and even though I had no idea what to expect the wonderful staff walked me through it and explained what the dishes were. We had a wide variety of food, and everything was fantastic. It’s truly authentic and the customer service is out of this world. I highly recommend the shrimp and chive pot stickers if you go for dim sum. They were my favorite!

Ate pickup and got sick from my chicken dish. Up all night vomiting with a presentation to clients due the next day. Will never go back! Shame; it’s a beautiful place lacking quality control in the kitchen. Where’s chef Ramsey when you need him?

HOT POT!! This was our first time to do hot pot. We had so much fun with it! Everyone was helpful, made sure we cooked it right. The broth (Tom Sum ?) was comforting on a rainy night before surgery. We will be back and will be bringing friends and family!?

Always great. We eat there at least twice a month and it's amazing. The quality of food and the service is always stellar. Honestly, we are asian so we're love the atmosphere and service because it exceeds our expectations.Including just a few pics from our last few trips.Update: 01/14/23For others like me with a neurodivergent child who has an extremely sensitive palate and limited texture/flavors consider trying the salt and pepper pork chops. You'll need to be careful to avoid bones but my 11 year old 'picky' eater cleared a whole plate of them (though he doesn't care for the shallots and bell pepper).I also love them.Dietary restrictions: They will work with you if you INFORM THEM OF YOUR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES when you enter.Parking: Plenty of room in the surrounding lot.Kid-friendliness: Waiters are very patient and kind with children. Overall, they're extremely professional and courteous on a completely different level from virtually any other affordable restaurant in Baton Rouge or the surrounding areas.

This is a wonderful authentic Chinese restaurant! I try to choose something different every time and it is all high quality food! The wait staff is at least bilingual and always pleasant to me. The decor is pretty and inviting. I like to visit once a week
