There is a manager there that is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I asked the cashier that was taking my order to give me some hot cinnamon sticks and the manager RUDELY came over took the money out his hand and told me he can’t sale me anything bc I asked for HOT FOOD!! First off I’m spending 20 bucks on some cinnamon sticks and a strawberry lemonade so what was wrong with wanting it hot!!! Every time I go there that same Man is rude as ever and expect people not tell him anything! Not only did he not want to take my order he took the ones I had that I stuck my hand in and put it back to sale to another customer! I will never go there again to get a cup of ice!

I cannot find my receipt to save my life but I’ll never forget the service I received on the day of my birthday 10/01/24! The associate was super nice, friendly, and helpful! His name was “T” I remember that much but I was trying to find the receipt for his full name. I hope he hasn’t quit or anything because in my opinion he’s deserves a raise and more! My birthday wasn’t going as planned and I was worried but he put my mind at ease😊thank you so much friend, I hope to see you again! Sorry I was late with feedback but I surely did not forget❤️❤️thank you!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s that I feel compelled to share, especially regarding one particular employee who made the visit quite uncomfortable. The shop is known for its delicious pretzels, and I was looking forward to a quick snack. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the women working there. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed disinterested and dismissive. Her tone was sharp, and she made snide comments about what customers were wearing, including my own outfit. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt judged and unwelcome in a place that prides itself on being a community spot. What struck me as particularly concerning was the underlying racist tone of her comments. It was disheartening to witness such behavior in a public setting. After bringing this to the attention of management, it appears that no action was taken. The fact that this employee has not been addressed or let go is disappointing. Customer service should foster an inclusive and respectful atmosphere, and it’s clear that this individual does not align with those values. While the pretzels themselves are pretty good, the experience overshadowed the food. I don't think I can recommend a place that allows discrimination and rudeness to persist without consequence. It’s a shame because Auntie Anne’s has the potential to be a beloved local spot, but without addressing this employee's behavior, they risk losing customers who value respect and kindness. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars)

The guy who worked there Lanin was such an awesome person he helped me get my birthday reward and he was so nice. Definitely best Auntie Anne’s experience.
Overcooked, dense, and DRY!!!! Even with sauce the nuggets didn’t taste good. Almost $14 for bread?!? Then give me something GOOD, please. Awful. Now I have to go spend another $14 on something that is hopefully better.

This is a horrible establishment, a supervisor by the name of Connie was very unprofessional and did not wear any gloves while handling my pretzels, after getting my pretzels I was notified by 2 previous employee’s that they have a roach problem and was kicked trash at by said supervisor Connie. Then was fired by manager linen for expressing their issues about Supervisor Connie. I was honestly disgusted by what l was told. Manager Linen and Supervisor Connie are 2 very disrespectful people by what I have heard and I will not be be visiting this pretzel place anytime soon. They have horrible customer service and doesn’t respect anyone working there.
