Horrible! There was a bug in my sisters burger and we ask for a new one. Instead of apologizing they threw the burger down on the table and walked away. How rude.

My favorite low budget burger place. Food is GREAT! Burgers are better than Red Robin at about half the price & no obligation to tip the waiter or waitress for those cold fries or cheap drinks that Red Robin serves.

The best baked potato real bacon loaded with cheese. Hot dog and lots of chili . Can not beat the price. Very nice service and very clean. Differently a great place to eat

So disappointing considering other people's recent reviews. Our burgers were rubbery and smelled off, not a drop of moisture in the patties whatsoever. The fries were made "fresh" but were not cooked right or something, they were also rubbery, not crispy at all. A waste of $22 on a tight grad school budget.

This was probably some of the worst fast food I have ever wasted $22 on. Rubbery, undercooked fries. Smelly, dry burger patties. Disgusting. My boyfriend and I could only eat two bites each of our meals before giving up. I have already messaged corporate about this disappointing experience as well as filling out a customer survey and leaving a review on Google. Don't waste your money here.

This is a hidden gem. The black jack burger or chicken I highly recommend along with an underrated shake. This place is well worth it. I wish they advertised more and had more locations
