Horrible! There was a bug in my sisters burger and we ask for a new one. Instead of apologizing they threw the burger down on the table and walked away. How rude.

My favorite low budget burger place. Food is GREAT! Burgers are better than Red Robin at about half the price & no obligation to tip the waiter or waitress for those cold fries or cheap drinks that Red Robin serves.

Burger was ok. Typical restaurant taste but nothing special. The waffle fries for both me and my girl were warm and not good. She had the regular waffle fries and I got the garlic parmesan waffle fries. Idk why they call them garlic parmesan because I tasted nothing but warm waffle fries with no flavor. Huge disappointment. I got a large strawberry tea which is really a big serving size (Thank God). It was tangy and good. My girl got the strawberry shake and she enjoyed it. The star of the meal was the peach cobbler. Probably on par with the best you can get at any restaurant. It was super yummy. It's really what saved this review from getting 2 stars. Will I order burgers and fries again? Probably not.

The best baked potato real bacon loaded with cheese. Hot dog and lots of chili . Can not beat the price. Very nice service and very clean. Differently a great place to eat

Had the black and bleu. My favorite from Back Yard. Always delicious. Seasoned fries are the best.
So disappointing considering other people's recent reviews. Our burgers were rubbery and smelled off, not a drop of moisture in the patties whatsoever. The fries were made "fresh" but were not cooked right or something, they were also rubbery, not crispy at all. A waste of $22 on a tight grad school budget.

This was probably some of the worst fast food I have ever wasted $22 on. Rubbery, undercooked fries. Smelly, dry burger patties. Disgusting. My boyfriend and I could only eat two bites each of our meals before giving up. I have already messaged corporate about this disappointing experience as well as filling out a customer survey and leaving a review on Google. Don't waste your money here.
