There was so much food that I couldn't eat all of it. The 🥓 was crispy just as I like it. They got my over medium 🥚 right hunti. It was seasoned which doesn't happen at most restaurants, so I was expecting it. I don't eat pepper on my eggs but that was my fault bc again, I wasn't expecting it. The people that work there ao incredibly friendly! The food was delicious, I could go on and on about the grits. The cook made a special sausage, and it is mind blowing! It was just a small place but so happy we tried it out! Everyone needs to try out their breakfast, you won't be disappointed!😀
The pancakes were absolutely amazing. The eggs and bacon were also very very good. The owner chatted with us while we ate and was so friendly. We are visiting Baton Rouge from Kansas and highly recommend visiting BarnYard Cafe! There is a small counter inside with 4 spots to sit and a large outdoor table that seats 6.
