I call from 30 miles away to ask which of the five advertised gifts they are giving out and they won't tell me. They said I have to drive there to find out. Poor way of treating a customer that spends money to earn this stuff. I go to Gulfport much less and yet my rewards there are 2 to 3 times better, along with better customer service. I would rather stay locally, however, they are making it very difficult.
First of all, we tried this place twice and the second time was way better. The special I had was the NOLA red beans and rice and for a place that might not be a typical local spot this meal was absolutely delightful. The red beans and rice had just enough flavor and just a light kick. It came with pork chops that were seasoned very well. I practically cleaned my plate. My husband ordered the Alfredo but asked for mushrooms instead of chicken and really liked it. We also had the spinach artichoke dip and the green beans, jalepenos and fried pickles and they were both delicious!
South of central band is really good maybe you should try booking them for entertainment.
My wife and I went around 330 pm, between rushes. The bartender was our waitress.
Food: deceptive on the menu, but very good. My wife had the gumbo, while I had the brisket mac & cheese. The gumbo had a dark roux, which isn't my preference. We both enjoyed the gumbo and recommend it as safe, tasty option with a balanced seasoning. The menu screams that the sandwich was going to be spicy, but it was a pleasant sweet-heat. The slaw gave it a necessary balance. Be warned that the sandwich is deceptively filling. Halfway down, I should've grabbed a box. I decided to power through to the end and needed a nap afterwards.
Service: only one bartender holding down the fort, but everything exceeded my expectations.
Atmosphere: a nice , clean sports bar. Can't ask for much more once you pick your seat.
Absolutely do not recommend this place. I put $100 in a machine, came up $80 so i cashed out. Went to get my money out the atm, and it wouldnt give my money back to me. The manager claims there was no footage on tape which is total bs. This place is a scam. 0/5 stars
Great place to have fun and unwind
The host at the front of the casino make up lies as to why they can’t take to go orders on the regular. Visited today was told they couldn’t do to go orders because they ran out of boxes. Well minutes later I see 3 customers past me with big orders of to go orders. I challenged the staff and spoke with a manager who told me that the customer brought her own containers to retrieve her order which I knew was a lie I mean who does that. Then I’m told if you dine and don’t finish your food you can get a box but not boxes so just toss all my food into one container. I then dine in place my order and the waiter says if you want it boxed we don’t have any boxes well guess what I pointed her in the direction to get her a box at which she did. I’m an elite card holder and honestly I won’t return back for the service that I received tonight which was horrible and honestly I’m not looking forward to my order being the best being that it seems I’ve pissed off the entire staff. If they were honest I would understand but to be lied to in my face was the end of the line for me. Thanks for saving me any hassles In the future.
We got the 6 tenders and 2 sauces (our sauces were buffalo and Garlic Parmesan) however the garlic Parmesan was not a sauce more like a flavored oil. The tenders were very dry and tasted like they had been reheated several times. Then we got the fried pickles, jalapeños and green beans which was different but ok. We also got the queso and chips and ran out of chips before queso was done so more chips would have been nice.
I have to say that both the hardware and software facilities here are very good!
Customers in line and workers talking.

I had a bad experience, I placed an order for the Southern BIrd it was fried hard as a rock and very dry, the bun was stale and hard also and the gumbo was disgusting and looked like a cup of muddy water nothing about it tasted like gumbo.
We have stayed there SO much it's ridiculous. This trip was definitely a let down to the point the person I was with said they were never coming back. We checked in on Sunday for the Dunham show. It was SO disgustingly hot on the 2nd floor it was like the AC was broken like the down escalator normally is. Dunham was great but that has NOTHING to do with the casino. The rooms were okay except that when we checked in it was "sorry you reserved a king but we don't have any ready" THEN WHY IS CHECK IN AT 3PM?! The person informed one of the people in my group that she didn't have comp rooms when we first called in May but when she called back in July, she had them. Well she still got charged because whoever the person checking in called said it didn't matter she had comps. Yet another annoyance but again, whatever. Let's get to where I'm grossed out. We ordered food at the pool. It was given to the wrong person who had it for probably 20-30 minutes. The bartender took the bag from them and handed it off like it shouldnt have been noticed. That is 10000000000% a food safety violation. You can't do that. It is a HUGE no no. Between the check in, the broken stuff everywhere and then food safety not being followed, I can't recommend this place ever. It went from beautiful to trash over the past few years.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. MANY rude employees.
Absolutely horrible! For starters, restaurant is completely understaffed to the point where a nice man waited 4 HOURS for TAKEOUT! When we got our food, the salad wasn't even chopped, the chicken was dry, the gumbo was rancid, and the dessert was as hard as a rock. Spend your money (or free food credit) elsewhere. I spent 45 bucks on inedible food for three!
Later drove to McDonald's and spent 37 bucks on enough food to feed an army and my order was done right!
